If there is any feed back I would greatly appreciate it. The recovery so they replaced the hard drive I made the HP tech aware of this and he said that probably the software that was put in by the repair tech was bad. It was a software issue so he is sending me recovery disks, I told him that I already tried that but he said that maybe my disk were not good, I also had sent my PC for repairs because when doing the recovery once it got to the 3rd disk it could not finish I also did diagnostics through HP website were I can check my printer I checked my connection and it was good, I also was able to scan but once I leave the page it wont let me scan. Went through the same diagnostics with them and then some. Ive tried everything, i was on the phone with HP tech and Okay, so I tried to enable and start WIA and it did not work, error1068: The dependency service or group failed to start. Not running correctly because the product is being used by another process. I ran the diagnostics through HP website and it and it gave two results 1.The Windows Image Acquisition is not running 2.Hp Twain Scan- The twain component is I have an HP Deskjet 3050 and it doesn't scan to my PC.
